bvvic architects began in 2018 with a collaborative system bridging the boundaries between Seoul and Shanghai. The knowledge gained through experiencing diverse environments and cultural backgrounds has become the nourishment that enriches our spatial compositions. Re-establishing ourselves in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do in 2026, we continue to explore the boundaries between interior and exterior, and the interface between humans and nature, contemplating the qualitative richness that space provides.
Soft Architecture, Sincere Space
We hope that architecture is not just a rigid object cast into the city, but a "soft vessel" that embraces the flexible attitudes of life. While the form of our architecture pursues a suppleness free from rigidity, the internal order of the space is constructed with a sincere gaze that pierces through the essence of life.
The projects of bvvic architects vary in scale and type, ranging from furniture to urban design. Our work is both practical and innovative, rooted in a diverse architectural history. Essentially, our work functions as a stage where the complexities of life unfold.
